Our machine has inside compressor and it needs to be placed upright 24 hours before you use. The compressor is R600a and it should be placed still at least 24 hours before using since the machine is bumped in transit.
WHY THE PACKAGE CAME WITHOUT BOTTOM?
The package is specially designed because buyers don't have to lift the machine off the package. The box is able to be lifted off the top without even opening the box. So the bottom is foam rather than sealed box.
CAN I PLACE IT AT A BUILT-IN SPACE?
No, dear. We do not recommend you to placed the beverage fridge undercounter. It should be placed alone and far away from heating appliances to make sure the refrigeration effect.

WHY DOES THE FREEZER FREEZE?
There might be various reasons: 1. The temp set is too cold - please reset to a higher level. E.g. turn to 3 or 4 if it's 6 or 7 before. 2. The doors is not fully closed. 3. Food in fridge contain too much moisture - please pack them in sealed boxes.
