Except use self-cleaning function, how to deep-clean it?
First, unplug it and take out ice basket. Then, use diluted detergent, warm water or a soft cloth to clean the interior and drain out water by unplugging the drain cap on front bottom side. Finally, dry it. Also can use this way clean the exterior.
Whether this ice machine have a freezer function?
No freezer function. You can leave ice cubes in basket for as long as you want, cause it recycles the water and makes new if they begin to melt. Or you can pack ice cubes and move them to your freezer.
Does it make a lot of noise?
When it works, its noise is about 40 db. If you are sensitive about noise, we suggest you just turn on it and wait 20 mins, then go back to get nugget ice.
